A researcher for Inquirehire is about providing detailed, accurate and timely information on candidates for employment.  Human resource professionals need to know and understand who they are hiring and at times are legislative required to inquire.  In order to support the human resource department, Inquirehire has developed a team that provides tactical support to the HR hiring function. Members of this team are responsible for interaction with customers and all oversight on screening process including securing forms, outsourcing record checks, initiating calls and applying quality control to end results.

THINGS YOU MAY DO ON A GIVEN DAY

  •  Respond to incoming calls from employers and consumers
  •  Data enter new requests and outsource record checks
  •  Initiate calls to employees and educational institutions
  •  Monitor all phases of the background process
  •  Apply quality control on incoming results and post results
  •  Assist HR departments with compliance issues
  •  Troubleshoot technical issues 
  •  Work closely with customers, vendors and management to assure quality throughout the process
